Cocktail Recipes

Mojito
50 ml                       White rum
1/2                           Lime
10ml                        Sugar syrup
1 theelepel              Canesugar
8/10                         Leaves of mint
1                                Minttop
1                                Straw
Club soda
Crushed Ice

Preparation
1) Cut the half lime into 4 equal wedges.
2) Add the lime, sugar water and cane sugar to the glass and mash together.
3) Take the mint leaves in your hand and hit them so that the oils are released. Then add these to the glass.
4) Fill the glass to three-quarters with crushed ice and pour the rum over the ice.
5) Stir all the ingredients in the glass thoroughly.
6) Fill the glass with crushed ice and soda water.
7) Insert your straw into the glass and put the mint top right next to it. Your mojito is ready!

Tip:
You can make your own sugar water by adding sugar to boiling water. The ratio to keep is 2 parts sugar to 1 part water. Do not forget to keep stirring.

Virgin Mojito
50 ml                         Ginger Ale
1/2                              Lime
10ml                           Sugar syrup
1 theelepel                 Canesugar
8/10                           Leaves of mint
1                                   Minttop
1                                   Straw
Club soda
Crushed Ice

Preparation

Pina Colada
50ml         Rum
30ml         Coconut Puree
80ml         Pineapple juice
15+/-        Icecubes (10 in the shaker, 5 in the glass)
1/2            Pineapple flag
Glass        Longdrink

Preparation
1) Add the rum, coconut puree and pineapple juice to the shaker.
2) Fill the shaker up with icecubes.
3) Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
4) Pour the entire shaker into your glass.
5) Add your pineapple flag and icecubes if necessary.
6) Insert your straw into the glass. Your Pina Colada is ready!

Moscow Mule
50ml         Vodka
1/2             Fresh lime
150ml        Ginger beer
dash           Angostura bitters
8+/-           Icecubes (in the glass)
1/2              lime with bitters
Glass          Longdrink

Preparation
1) Fill the untill the top with ice cubes
2) Add vodka, lime and ginger beer
3) Stir gently
4) Add the half of lime as garnish and put the bitters on top

Fun fact
If you replace the vodka by rum you will have a dark & Stormy. Also a great drink with a little bit more character due to the rum.

PorNOstar Martini (Non alcohol)
20ml         Limejuice
20ml         Vanilla/passion syrup
50ml         Pineapple juice
20ml         Sodawater
15+/-        Icecubes (10 in the shaker, 5 in the glass)
1/2            Fresh passionfruit
Glas          Martini

Preparation  (for both cocktails)
1) Fill the glass with ice to cool it.
2) Add all ingredients except the passionfruit tot he shaker.
3) Fill the shaker with Ice and shake all ingredients well for 10 seconds in order to cool, mix and aerate everything.
4) Take the ice out of your glass.
5) Pour the drink without ice out of the shaker and into your glass.
6) Cut the passionfruit in half and place it carefully into your drink.

Fun fact
The Pornstar Martini started out as the Maverick Martini but was soon renamed the Pornstar Martini because of the amount of passion fruit. The Pornstar Martini is one of the most popular cocktails of the moment.

Aperol Sour
50ml      Aperol
25ml      Lemon juice
10ml      vanilla syrup
1              Egg white
10+/-     Ice cubes
1              Dehydrated orange/lemon
1              Black straw (optional)
Glass     Rocks

Preparation
1) Add all ingredients (except the dehydrated lemon) into the shaker.
2) Fill shaker with ice and shake for 10 seconds so all ingredients are mixed and chilled.
3) Remove the cap including strainer from the shaker and pour the cocktail into the glass.
4) Fill the glass to the brim with ice.
5) Garnish the cocktail with the dehydrated lime and optionally a black straw.
